Terms of Service

You MUST have read and understood these rules before you download anything from this site. If you are caught to have broken any of the rules, you will first be contacted and told to either remove the content or add credit. Continued refusal to obey these rules may result in me contacting your host and in the worst case, your site will be suspended.

1. You MUST give credit for using anything on this site. A simple text link to Spiffing is enough and need only be placed on one page of your website as long as it is easily locatable.

2. DO NOT take any of the graphics/resources offered here and claim to have made them yourself.

3. DO NOT edit ANY of the graphics offered here unless you have my permission beforehand to do so. Textless icons are NOT bases.

4. DO NOT redistribute anything on this site unless you have permission from me to do so first. This includes putting my content for download on your own site or submitting to others' sites.

5. DO NOT hot-link/direct-link/remote-load ANY graphics on this site. Save to your own server or a free image host such as Photobucket.

6. Tutorials can not be redistributed or copied. If you found a tutorial helpful and want others to read it, please link to it instead.

7. Textures must NOT be made to make your own textures/brushes, etc. They must only be used to enhance your graphics.

8. DO NOT sell any of my graphics/resources to others.

9. Please do not use my resources for commercial work. Contact me first and we'll negotiate a suitable price.

10. Icons not made by me must be credited to the specified creator. There is no need to link to Spiffing if the icon is not created by myself [Beatrix]. A link to the creator however, is required.

For Livejournal/Greatestjournal users: To credit for the use of one of my icons, simply add the URL of Spiffing to the Keywords.
